Do you provide more than aerial photos?
Yes we do. We also provide still architectural photography and aerial video productions. When in conjunction with photography we have taken we also provide graphic design and print output in the form of brochures, postcards, posters and large display graphics for tradeshows and more. Do you rent your helicopters for other uses?

What image format do you provide?
All GlobalAerials.net stock photos are provided in high resolution 300DPI JPG format for print. Custom aerials and architectural photos are provided as JPG 8” x 10” or 8" x 12" images in both high resolution 300 DPI for print and 72 DPI for web applications. Should you need larger file sizes such as TIFF we can also make that available to you, just let us know when you place your order.
Can you provide printed photos?
Yes we offer prints for an additional cost at sizes ranging from 4" x 6" up to 24" x 36"; just let us know what you need when placing your order.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We try to add photos as they are taken. But we place our client's needs ahead of our stock business and often do not have the time to upload all available stock images. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted. But if you don't find a specific photo let us know and we may already have it in our stock library.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by GlobalAerials.net and it's partners. In the future we may consider this.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we cannot offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the GlobalAerials.net photos that I download?
Yes. While GlobalAerials.net offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses by the original purchaser, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the resale or use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
Can I ride in the helicopter while my photos are being taken?
If we are making a special flight to exclusively photograph multiple properties for you and we don't compromise safety or scheduling issues, then it may be possible. However, during regular operations our helicopters will fly with pilot and photographer with full fuel for extended flights covering a large amount of territory, taking several hours and performing many maneuvers to obtain the best images. These flight conditions would make the typical person airsick. So under normal conditions it is neither practical nor safe. |
